Open the \u201cASA2 \/ TestSuite \/ API Response<\/strong>\u201d section. Enter the ASIN of a product that you are sure has ratings. Then search the API response for the \u201cCustomerReviews<\/strong>\u201d section. If you find it as shown on the screenshot, your API account is eligible.<\/p>\n

With Amazon Scratchpad<\/h2>\n

Open the \u00a0Amazon PA API Scratchpad<\/a><\/strong>, choose „GetItems<\/strong>“ as operation from the left sidebar. Then select your marketplace and enter your PA API credentials. In the GetItems box enter the ASIN of a product that you are sure has ratings and select „CustomerReviews<\/strong>“ from the „Resources“ drop down menu as shown on the screenshot.<\/p>\n

Run the request (by clicking the „Run request“ button) and open the tab „JSON response<\/strong>“ in the „Response types“ box. If you can see the „CustomerReviews<\/strong>“ values „Count“ and „StarRating“ as shown on the screenshot, your PA API account is eligible for customer reviews.<\/p>\n
