Supported PHP Versions<\/h2>\n

The smallest version<\/strong> still supported<\/strong> by the PHP team currently is 8.0<\/strong>. However, due to the Linux distribution used on your web server, a 7 version may still be supported with bug fixes via backport.<\/p>\n

The WordPress team<\/strong> currently recommends<\/strong> version 7.4<\/strong> (check the WordPress requirements<\/a>)<\/p>\n

ASA2 still works with<\/strong> PHP 7.4.<\/strong> New developments are based on the smallest officially supported PHP version.<\/p>\n

The current recommended PHP version is 8.1<\/strong> (as of February 2023).<\/p>\n

Important for the use of shell scripts<\/h2>\n
