Review Information is not updating

Hi

Whenever I add a new product in repo, sometimes the Review(average and count) & Price not updating, though there are 100s of reviews of the product in Amazon.

What can be the issue? I am using ASA2 latest version with Updated WordPress,

Hi, thanks for your feedback. That is a known issue and an update for ASA 2 is already prepared. It will be available within the next few days. It features an advanced mode for the ratings handling which solves the issue.

Ahh, its really a good news. Waiting for the new release.

I am also facing another problem. When the page is loaded, the images are not there, though on hover, I can see the image in lightbox.

Can you please help me how to solve this?

I use ASA2 Pro on several websites with different Wordpress themes. I really like the Repo function and the possibilities to adapt the design for each website individually. Also the message function, which tells me on a weekly basis, which products I use are no longer available is really helpful and helps to improve the user experience.

The support is top-notch and very efficient. We could sort out all of my questions in the beginning and I'm more than happy with my decision to use ASA2 Pro!
